New! Waiting List for Doubles (afternoon, 1/31/2012):
We are hoping that ~20 additional double rooms will become available in the next few days. If you would like to be put on a waiting list for a room with two beds for two people, please email Angela Freemyer (muconf4@missouri.edu). The subject line of your message should state : "Maize Meeting, double room waiting list" . Be sure to include your full name and email address in the body of the message, and indicate whether you currently have a single room reserved. As double rooms become available, Angela will contact people on the list and clear them to register. We encourage you to register now for one of the available single rooms, as this may simplify the process of transferring your reservation later.
Please notice:
The deadline for hotel reservations with the special meeting rate is February 14, or until the group block is sold out. Currently, only single bed rooms are available. However, we are hoping to make additional doubles available by encouraging single attendees who have reserved rooms with two beds to switch to rooms with one bed. Please keep checking this site for updates.
