While maize ESTs from other sources are stored in our database and used for assembly along with ESTs from the Maize Gene Discovery Project, some of the EST clones from this project are available for request from AGI: http://genome.arizona.edu/orders/

For EST clones from all other sources, please contact the labs from which they came. The contact information is provided in each EST record. However, for all the ESTs from Dr. Patrick Schnable's lab at Iowa State University, you can also order them from our web site.
