The kit contains:

• DNA from parental lines for screening by PCR reactions
• DNA from 94 of the Intermated B73 x Mo17 (IBM) population and parents for 100 PCR reactions
• Plate layout diagram  (download layout PDF file)
• Data collection template (download template PDF file,  or Tab-Delimited Text File)
• SSR protocols (download SSR protocol PDF file)
• 3 control primers (download primers PDF file)
• Scores for control primers (download scores PDF file, or Tab-Delimited Text File)
• Instructions for submitting data (download submitting data PDF file, or Tab-Delimited Text File)

For online orders we currently require a purchase order number for each order.  To order by cashiers check or personal check in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank, print the form and mail to:

Please make checks payable to the University of Missouri. We are working towards credit card ordering.  No cash will be accepted.

Kit prices are:

• $225 per kit
• International orders add $15.00 mailing fee

Orders can be placed for 1 or 2 kits.  Maximum total kits per lab / per year = 4.  If you want to purchase more kits please contact us to discuss the possibility at IBMkits@missouri.edu.
