Project Documentation & Protocols: Maize Mapping Project: DNA Kits: Data Submission

Submit your data on-line through CIMDE.  Community IBM Map Data Entry Tool to be compared against the dataset from the IBM high-resolution genetic map produced as a collaboration through NSF Grant # 9872655. To expedite data handling, be sure you use the data collection template included in the kit or downloadable from http://www.cafnr.missouri.edu/mmp/dna_kits.htm.  Your data will be mapped by a staff member.

Please attach the following additional information in a tab delimited text file to hector@chaco.agron.missouri.edu.

*These names will be checked against the current list in the Maize Genome Database to avoid unintentional duplications. In the event that a name already exists, we will contact you by email.

When this data can be made public: now, following publication, or in 1 year. If it.s something other than these please explain.

If you have questions about data submission, email hector@chaco.agron.missouri.edu. Due to the volume of materials, phone inquiries of project personnel will not be accepted.
