The Sequence Search tool for POPcorn will be implemented in phase II. This tool will enable researchers to use POPcorn as a single source to locate information about their sequence from multiple databases. If you have a favorite sequence database and it is not in our project database, please let us know so that we can contact the investigators to see if they are able to collaborate with the development of this tool.
